WorthOf
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Raidan Pty Ltd collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use WorthOf.
Effective: 28 September 2026
1. About WorthOf
WorthOf is provided by Raidan Pty Ltd ("Raidan", "we", "us" or "our"). WorthOf lets users organise properties, rooms and items and record information such as costs and estimated values.
This Privacy Policy applies to the WorthOf mobile application, its supporting API and related WorthOf services.
2. Information we collect
We collect only information reasonably needed to provide WorthOf. When you create an account, this includes your first name, last name, email address, account credentials and preferred currency. WorthOf does not require your date of birth, gender, phone number or profile photo.
We store the information you choose to enter into WorthOf, which may include property names and addresses, rooms, item names and descriptions, quantities, purchase dates, actual costs and estimated costs.
For account security and app functionality, we may process technical information associated with your account or device, such as device name, device type, an app/device identifier, authentication tokens and the time the device was last active.
If paid features are offered, we may maintain purchase or entitlement information such as product, status, price, currency and relevant dates. Payment card details processed by Apple, Google or another payment provider are handled by that provider and are not stored by WorthOf.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain WorthOf, authenticate accounts, save and synchronise your data, provide password reset and email verification functions, support users, maintain security, diagnose service problems, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. WorthOf does not use your information for third-party advertising, advertising profiling or cross-app/cross-site tracking.
4. Storage and service providers
WorthOf is an online service. Account and WorthOf data is transmitted to and stored on systems used to operate the WorthOf API and service.
We may use infrastructure, hosting, email, app-distribution, notification or other technology providers where reasonably necessary to operate WorthOf. Those providers may process limited information on our behalf subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may disclose information to service providers acting on our behalf, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect the security and rights of WorthOf, Raidan or others, or as part of a business reorganisation where permitted by law.
6. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect information handled by WorthOf. Passwords are stored using one-way password hashing rather than as readable passwords, and app authentication tokens are stored using platform secure-storage facilities on supported devices. No internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your device, email account and WorthOf credentials secure.
7. Data retention and account deletion
We retain account and WorthOf information while your account is active and as otherwise reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
You can permanently delete your account from the WorthOf app under Profile → Delete account. Before confirmation, WorthOf explains the categories of data affected. Account deletion removes your account and associated active WorthOf records, including properties, rooms, items, devices, authentication tokens and app entitlements, subject to records that we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or dispute purposes.
Residual copies may remain for a limited period in protected backups until those backups rotate. Backup copies are not used to restore a deleted account except where required for disaster recovery or law.
Deleting a WorthOf account does not itself cancel a recurring subscription billed by Apple or Google. Where a recurring subscription exists, it must also be cancelled through the relevant store account. Non-consumable or other store purchases remain subject to the store's purchase and refund rules.
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion at our account deletion page.
8. Children and age
WorthOf is a general-audience household inventory service and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. Because WorthOf does not need age information to provide its core service, we do not collect date of birth solely for age verification. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
9. International processing
Technology providers used to operate WorthOf may process or store information in Australia or other countries. Where information is handled outside your country, privacy and data-protection laws may differ. We take reasonable steps appropriate to the services we use and applicable law when information is processed by providers on our behalf.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to certain processing, data portability, or to complain to a privacy regulator. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions.
Users in Australia may request access to or correction of personal information under applicable Australian privacy law. Users in the EEA, UK and other jurisdictions with similar laws may have additional data-protection rights. Users in US states with applicable consumer privacy laws may have rights provided by those laws. WorthOf does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise a privacy right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
11. Marketing communications
WorthOf currently sends service communications needed for account operation, such as verification, password-reset, security or transactional messages. We do not currently operate a WorthOf promotional mailing list. If optional marketing communications are introduced, they will include an appropriate unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as WorthOf changes or to reflect legal, operational or platform requirements. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
13. Contact and complaints
For privacy questions, rights requests or complaints relating to WorthOf, contact Raidan Pty Ltd at [email protected] or use our contact page.
You can also review Raidan's general privacy policy at raidan.com.au/privacy-policy. If we cannot resolve a privacy concern, you may have the right to contact the privacy or data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
